My name is Jeremy Lalla. I am a current medical student at the Tulane School of Medicine with a projected graduate date of may 2026. I have a Masters Degree in Anatomy from the Tulane department of Structural and Cellular Biology. I am from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and have been living in New Orleans, Louisana for the past three years. I hope to become a surgeon and havent decided between plastics, vascular, and surgical oncology. My interest in surgery has come from my two years of being a teaching assistant in the cadaver labs. While my new found interest in surgical oncology comes from my dog Leo's recent diagnosis of stage 5 T-cell Lymphoma. I also have a vested interest in sun protection being a red head who has lived in the south my entire life. I routinely give skin cancer education talks to local high schools in the greater New orleans area. I hope to continue being able to do research and hope that it can lead to novel treatments in many different facets of medicine.
