I am a fourth year Anadomical Education doctoral candidate at Lincoln Memorial University DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Knoxville, TN. I received my MS in Modern Human Anatomy from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and a BS in Kinesiology from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. My dissertaton involves hands-on anatomy centered ultrasound training of first year osteopathic medical student and outcomes related to anatomical knowledge, US knowledge, visuospatial ability, psychomotor abiltiy, performance on clinical ultrasound examinations, and perceptions of US in conjuction with medical gross anatomy curriculum. My other areas of research interests include educaitonal research in embryology, online resources, and Master's-level training in anatomical education.
