Hi! My name is Brandon (he/him), and I am proud First-Generation PhD student at Colorado State University. I am a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for AAA, and I recently began working with the Anatomy Scholars Program Development Group. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the conference this year, but I am eager to share our research with y'all.
I am always looking for collaborations. Here are a few of my research interests:
-Educational Technology (VR/AR, personalized AI)
-Cognitive Load Theory, Cognitive Theory of Multimedia Learning, Biometric data
-Interaction between motivation, metacognition, and self-directed learning readiness
-Integrating equity into anatomy education
-Near-peer mentorship to enhance undergraduate-led discipline-based educational research
