Dr. Davis is an assistant professor at the Indiana University School of Medicine in Bloomington, IN. He is the course director of the basic human physiology class taught to undegraduate students. His research interest have recently changed from traditional bench research to reserach in the science of teaching and learning, specifically how to improve student mastery using flipped classrooms in large class settings. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and 5 kids, running, cooking, attending musical theater, and just being outside.
