Laura Skinner is an Assistant Professor at State University of New York College of Agriculture & Technology, Department of Health and Sport Technologies. She teaches two different levels of Anatomy and Physiology to both science and non-science majors at her undergraduate institution. Ms. Skinner is constantly looking to improve her curriculum in these courses to engage students in a holistic manner to relay the principles of the human body. Today’s student is constantly evolving. This demands evolution of teaching pedagogy in order to develop critical thinking skills in today's student. It is imperative as an instructor to adapt and evolve with our students.
