Mary Piscura (Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine at Auburn), Dana Peterson (Drexel University College of Medicine), and Norbert Myslinski (University of Maryland School of Dentistry) to create a high school outreach initiative known as the Anato-Bee. Anato-Bee is a spelling-bee inspired competition that awards top students to attend an anatomical sciences summer program of their choice. Anato-Bee has been funded by the 2023 AAA Innovations Program Award and will host its first inaugural Anato-Bee in spring of 2024. Additionally, Hagerty will be joining the AAA Committee for Early Career Anatomists in April of 2024.
