Emma R Schachner PhD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physiological Sciences at the University of Florida, College of Veterinary Medicine. Her lab specializes in the evolution of structural and functional diversity in the tetrapod respiratory system, with a special focus on the 3D visualization of microCT data. She also occasionally works on clinical and paleontological projects, and teaches anatomy to first year veterinary students.
